Strategic Planning CommitteeThe Southeast Diesel Collaborative was officially launched at a Kickoff Conference with approximately 160 attendees on April 26-27 in Atlanta, GA. Prior to the Kickoff Conference, EPA Region 4 hosted five conference calls with stakeholders from across the Southeast. Partners in the Southeast Diesel Collaborative include agriculture, energy, environmental, and transportation parties representing government, non-governmental organizations, private industry, and public groups.
The Strategic Planning Committee was created in March 2006, to assist in planning the Kickoff Conference. With the successful launch of the Southeast Diesel Collaborative, the focus of the Strategic Planning Committee is to implement the goals of the collaborative as described in the SEDC Workplan (link) that was developed as a result of discussion and decisions made during the various breakout sessions at the 2006 kickoff conference. The Strategic Planning Committee oversees each sub-committee, and coordinates teleconference meetings with all interested SEDC partners, on an ongoing basis. Participation is open to all interested SEDC partners. If you would like to join the Strategic Planning Committee, click here.
